Project Monitoring

Independent on-site oversight, air monitoring, and clearance testing throughout asbestos, lead, and mold projects.

When abatement or remediation is underway, owners and contractors need an independent set of eyes on the work. We provide certified project monitors who document conditions, sample the air, and confirm that the job is performed safely and in compliance with the approved protocol.

Our process

    Pre-project review
    We review the contractor's work plan, containment design, and notifications before mobilization.

    Daily monitoring
    Our monitor is on-site to observe work practices, take air samples, and document conditions each day.
  3. 3
    Reporting
    You receive daily field reports with photos, sample results, and any deviations from the protocol.
  4. 4
    Final clearance
    After work is complete, we perform aggressive air sampling and issue a final clearance report.
